 This efficient tooling system suitable for a variety of applications is suited for the most different kinds of materials by only exchanging the inserts. This leads to advantages as far as stockkeeping is concerned and costs are reduced.
As in all HOLLFELDER tooling systems adjustment is always effected in a clamped condition. The precision-ground inserts in the highly exact insert pocket are radially pushed by means of the tapered screw and thus the defined applicational diameter is adjusted µm-accurately.
