Milling cutters

	Due to extensive innovations in our milling cutters line the product range of HOLLFELDER-GÜHRING GmbH has been enlarged powerfully.  There are five different types – 2080, 3108, 3120, 6120 and 6121– which get used in different tool types such as end milling cutters, put-on milling cutters, HSK-monobloc milling cutters and disc milling cutters.
	The easy handling and the µm-accurate adjustability are the basis for savings in the area of tool presetting as well as for achieving tight tolerances and a good process reliability.
	The extremely high number of inserts leads to an increase in productivity.  The eccentric adjustment enables you to adjust the desired measure or rather the position of the inserts. This leads to extremely high tool life and excellent surface qualities and thus follow-on tools for finish applications are not necessary. It goes without saying that our milling cutters can be used for HSC-applications. Corresponding tests were done.  In addition to different cutting edge geometries and carbide grades with the corresponding coatings we also offer PCD- and CBN cutting grades.  In many cases it is the customer specific solution which opens up the full potential of our tools.  Catalogue “Milling cutters – Face milling cutters, Disc milling cutters”
