Restructuring of Hollfelder GmbH

With effect from 31st December 2006 Gühring oHG one of the world-wide leading manufacturers of precision cutting tools and hard materials took over 100% of the shares of Hollfelder GmbH.

Thanks to the common distribution activities with Gühring oHG Hollfelder GmbH is increasing its sales network at home as well as abroad.

Especially technical support of our products abroad will be effected through the world-wide Gühring oHG distribution and service centers.
                                       
Within the Gühring group Hollfelder GmbH is working independently as far as possible and  will maintain its existing business relations.

We thank you for the excellent cooperation in the last years and hope that our business relation will also be successful in the future.

From 1st January 2007 onward we trade under the name of

Hollfelder – Gühring GmbH.

Our company address as well as the existing bank account remain the same.
